Launching New Opportunities
Governor's Business Forum

The Governor's Business Forum is part of Governor Rick Perry's initiative to provide Texas small business owners access to valuable information about everything they need to know to grow their small business. Through regional collaboration with hundreds of community, business and educational organizations throughout Texas, the Governor’s Business Forums are one more reason Texas is Wide Open for Business. This FREE event will also bring resources to workers who have been displaced due to budget cuts as they transition to other careers or use the innovative skills they have acquired to start up their own small business. Topics include social media and your small business, doing business with the VA, funding and training opportunities available through the Texas Workforce Commission, and much more!
